Anne Kerry Ford,a native of Texas, graduated from The Juilliard School when she was only twenty years old and played leading roles in theater throughout the U.S. before being cast in her first starring role in a Broadway musical, playing Grace Farrell in "Annie" in 1982. This lead to an opportunity to perform at the White House for President Reagan, and later she sang for Yitzakh Shamir for the fortieth birthday of Israel.
As she continued to work in regional theater (in everything from Shakepeare to Ionesco to Arthur Miller to musical comedies), she also began working in film: playing Dudley Moore's wife in "Lovesick", and also appearing with Michael Keaton in "Clean and Sober", and later in Peter Weir's "Fearless".
